About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate or Senior Associate, to join our Banking and Finance Team based in Auckland. The ideal candidate would be between 4-8 years PQE and would have recent finance experience. The team is engaged in high profile and intellectually stimulating work. It is a top performing team with a genuinely supportive and collaborative environment.
You will gain real depth and breadth of experience across a range of banking and finance matters. This includes but is not limited to: institutional and acquisition finance transactions, renewable energy and project financing transactions, debt restructuring work, property financing and FS regulatory advice.

You will be a collaborative team player and bring with you a commercial approach as well as excellent legal, analytical and interpersonal skills.
