Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for an Associate/Sr. Associate (BPO/KPO). The main responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to, data entry, conducting research, responding to emails and phone calls, and providing support to clients.
Job involves acknowledging technical and non technical queries of Customers and processing them for resolution to the relevant team.
Exp. - Min 1 - 5 yrs.
Shifts - 247 (Rotational)
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and to adapt to changing priorities, processes, and technology
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and embrace new challenges
• Knowledge of BPO/KPO processes and software is a plus
