Position : Associate/Sr. Associate: Placement Operations (Project Manager)
Job Location : Gurgaon
Responsibilities
• Ownership of end-to-end journey of the students to ensure placement outcomes are met
• Being the first point of contact for students, troubleshoot queries and manage discussions
• This will require engagement with a set of stakeholders like senior managers, academicians, industry professionals and many other internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain Data & Placement Trackers Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information
• Manage an escalation process
• Improve student support metrics such as conversion rates
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
MBA (Sales/Operations Specializations)
MS Office proficiency
