Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. The BDM will play a critical role in driving the growth of the company by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships, and developing strategies to expand our customer base. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong understanding of market dynamics, and a passion for achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities:

Proactively seek out new sales leads and business opportunities through networking, and research.

Identify potential markets and business prospects that align with the company’s services/products.

Build and Maintain Relationships:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and clients.

Engage in regular follow-ups and communication to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Sales Strategy and Execution:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets.

Work closely with the team to create customized pitches, proposals, and presentations.

Market Research and Analysis:

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Analyze customer needs and competitor offerings to tailor solutions that drive sales.

Negotiation and Closing Deals:

Lead negotiations and close contracts with clients.

Collaborate with the legal and finance teams to ensure smooth contract execution.

Reporting and Documentation:

Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress against targets, and market feedback.

Maintain accurate records of all business development activities, contacts, and potential leads.

Requirements:

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.

SALARY-

41-50K PM CTC

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹41,666.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
