Job Description
Required Experience is -10 to 15 years
Qualification - D.M.E / D.F.T B.E. MEC
1) The candidate should have exposure in Pressure Vessel / Heat Exchanger, Condensers and Piping skids manufacturing company
(2) with a good knowledge of Preparation of detailed manufacturing schedules as per the monthly delivery plan.
(3) Manpower handling, Day to day progress report writing Along with Work planning. 4) Capacity of handling 5-8 engineers' team. 5) Study of Failures analysis, taking corrective and preventive act
Good Communication skill, fast decision making and understanding Drawing of
materials knowledge CS (Carbon steel), SS (Stainless Steel), AS (Alloy Steel) & SDSS (Super duplex Stainless Steel). 11) Familiar with Welding Processes such as SAWM, GTAW , SAW & GMAW etc., 12) Should have knowledge of WPS, PQR & WPQ. 13) ASME Codes knowledge. 14) Knowledge in NDT such as RT, PT, MT, UT & VT etc., 15) U- Stamp certified vessels manufacturing.
