Job Description
· Lead motivate and coach team members
· Maintain and supervise health & safety standards
· Supervision of contactors
· General departmental purchasing
· Budgeting and inventory control
· complete control and accountability for the day to day operations of the housekeeping department, working closely with other departments
· using effective communication, ensuring all employees consistently achieve hospitality service standards
· Making sure a high degree of guest care and service is achieved.
· Supervises work activities of cleaning personnel to ensure clean
· obtains list of vacant rooms which need to be cleaned immediately and list of prospective check-outs or discharges in order to prepare work assignments
· Assigns workers their duties, and inspects work for conformance to prescribed standards of cleanliness
· The Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for all bedrooms, corridors and public areas have a high standard of hygiene and health and safety
· The Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for staff development and ensuring high levels of customer service
· Executive Housekeeper must be highly passionate, excellent attention to detail and the ability to continually raise standards
QUALIFICATION - Graduation / Diploma in Hotel Management

Salary: ₹8,086.00 - ₹34,207.30 per month
