Job Description: Assistant Manager - Marketing
Marketing
• Develop effective marketing strategies, and guide new product launches and maintain market share and significantly increase annual sales
• Develop & execute Strategic and tactical campaigns for achieving share &financial objectives Monitor sales and marketing activities, controlling related activities like sales analysis, sales monitoring and marketing product trainingMonitor and appropriately counter competitionactivities to protect and expand the company's market share and long-term interests.
• Develop & execute market development plans.
• Develop a strategic plan for the Brand.
• KOL Engagement KPIs:
• Scientific presentations for KOLas per requirement;
• New Product evaluation feedback as per requirement;
• Develop and maintain professional relationship with KOLs;
• Clinical engagement program for KOLs
• Medico Marketing - conducting CMEs and other meetings, participationin the congresses etc.
• Clinical trial support - knowledge of clinical research which includes site evaluation, initiation for clinical studies planned in the year, registries, approvals, data analytics;
• Self-Development- should create engagement program, postmarketing surveillance, data publication and medical write up;
• Collaborating with cross-functional stake holders to define, develop and execute marketing strategies and tactics for specified product...

• Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights
• Shape and communicate our vision and mission
• Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
• Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives
• Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”
• Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
• Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
• Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities
• Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
• Monitor product distributionand consumer reactions
• Devise innovative growth strategies
• Alignthe company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics
DESIRED PROFILE :
• Graduate + MBA (Marketing) from a reputed Institute
• 10+ yrs experience in Brand Management/ Digital Branding & Advertising in any Medical Device Company / Arthroscopy Products
