Job Description
To manage current contracts in various
Government Authorities like Western Railway, Central Railway, MCGM, MSRDC,
BEST, etc.
Plan liaising work and ensure approvals on a timely basis. Must be well versed with Liasioning with all govt, Semi govt departments.
Submissions legal documents to Government Authorities & Visiting Government Authorities on a daily basis.
Taking care of legal formalities and documentation.
To take permissions and manage relations with the Government Authorities in Mumbai and other cities.
To follow up on new contracts and bring new projects passed for the Company.
Drafting letters for various Government Authorities.
Maintain correspondence to and from various Government Authorities.
To maintain daily/weekly progressive reports in the office.
Getting NOC from various places as and when required.
Onboarding New clients and maintaining good relationships with them for Sales.
Reporting at the office morning and evening daily to the senior & scheduling meeting accordingly.
Maintaining Strong team cohesiveness and efforts for sales.
2 wheeler is mandatory.
