Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Contracting & Ops (Incentive Trips/MICE) at Geanis World & MICE in Delhi, India. The role involves managing sales operations, coordinating incentive trips, and overseeing MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) events. Responsibilities include liaising with clients, planning logistics, and ensuring the successful execution of travel and event activities.
Qualifications
• Experience in organizing Incentive Trips and MICE
events
• Client Relationship Management and Communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of the travel and tourism industry
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business, or a related field
