Job Description
After following up pass the leads to theSales team.
Maintain sold & unsold Inventory data.
Coordinate with Brokers, HNI clients to provide current & upcoming project details.
Fill up the Booking form & prepare Allotment letter.
Assist all documents to the clients for payment purpose.
Dispatch of receipts for payment made.
Update work Progress details on weekly/monthly basis via email or telephonic.
Dealing with client’s issues & customer complaints.
Prepare Daily / weekly / monthly collections& sales report.
Maintain outstanding report as per demand letter issued.
Provide all the reports as per the management.
Executing Agreement for Registration.
Sending Stamp duty / Registration amount & collecting the same before Registration.
Scheduling Registration & Make sure it will be done on scheduled date.
Giving all APF related documents to Bank for APF Purpose.
Preparing NOC, demand letter & giving the same to Bank for Disbursement purpose.
Doing follow up with bank for Loan disbursement and process.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
