Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for an Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various finance and accounting functions, including but not limited to accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and budgeting. They will also collaborate with the management team to provide strategic and financial expertise to help drive business performance.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Master's degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
• 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and budgeting.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working with a variety of financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, Oracle, and SAP.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and efficiently.
• A high degree of discretion, with the ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
