Position Purpose
The team is seeking a trading assistant to help the trading staff in the collateral transformation process.
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
• Job would be to assist in various aspects of collateral transformation
• Identify bond borrow needs
• Identify and initiate bond borrow returns
• Assist in identify excess collateral and deployment of that collateral in secured financing transactions.
Contributing Responsibilities
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
• Associate Degree in business, finance or economics preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, show initiative to engage with teams spread across regions.
• Attention to detail, ability to raise problems immediately to the broader team when necessary
• Experience in programming and analytical tools would be beneficial.
