Role Overview:
You will be responsible for negotiating pricing, terms, and conditions with hotels, ensuring all contracts are finalized and executed. Additionally, you will build and maintain strong relationships with hotel managers and suppliers. You will analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and optimize contracting strategies. Developing and implementing strategies to maximize yield and revenue from hotel partnerships will also be a key part of your role. Ensuring accurate and timely loading of contracts into the reservation system, collaborating with sales, marketing, and revenue management teams, monitoring contract performance metrics, and conducting regular market visits and supplier meetings are also expected from you.
