Job Description
• Key Responsibilities:
Draft, monitor, and review contracts independently.
Provide contract management services, including conflict resolution, legal advice, and contract renewal.
Ensure contract compliance and communicate with stakeholders.
Prepare and manage board meeting agendas, minutes, and regulatory filings.
Provide legal, financial, and strategic advice.
Maintain statutory books and ensure regulatory compliance.
Liaise with external regulators and advisers.
Implement effective management processes and systems.
• Qualifications:
Bachelor of Law (LLB) or Law (LLB) & Company Secretary (CS).
5+ years of relevant experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in contract law and management.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of contract management systems/software.
