Roles & Responsibilities-
-Mall Leasing and Operations will support the Mall Manager in overseeing the leasing and operational aspects of the mall.
-This role involves managing tenant relations, supporting leasing activities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and contributing to the strategic planning for mall growth and efficiency.
Assist in identifying and pursuing new leasing opportunities to enhance the mall’s tenant mix.
Support the preparation and negotiation of lease agreements.Coordinate with prospective tenants to facilitate lease signings and onboarding.Maintain accurate records of lease agreements, renewals, and tenant information.Coordinate with maintenance and facilities teams to address operational issues and ensure a clean, safe, and functional environment.
Monitor and report on mall performance metrics, including foot traffic, sales data, and occupancy rates.Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute mall events, promotions, and advertising campaigns.
Support the development of marketing materials and strategies to attract new tenants and customers.
