Asst Manager Mgt Financial Crime Risk Management FCRM for Bank Call

Responsible for overall governance of financial crimes independent risk management programs across the globe. Managing Financial Crime Risk Management (FCRM) primarily AML, KYC risk exposures and offering credible challenge, where relevant.

Required Candidate profile 8+ years of experience in 2 or more of the following: Fraud, Sanctions, AML, KYC, investigations of financial crimes transactions or policy. Proven ability to implement Fraud & Risk tools

The Financial Crimes Manager will lead and be responsible for overall governance of financial crimes independent risk management programs across the globe.

Location: Bangalore, India (Currently remote)

Responsibilities :
• Managing Financial Crime Risk Management (FCRM) primarily AML, KYC risk exposures and offering credible challenge, where relevant.
• Providing subject matter expertise, advisory to the business groups and enterprise functions on FCRM matters.
• Create Fraud, Transaction monitoring, KYC & AML policies and framework.
• Lead development of FCRM training and reviewing and approving supplemental training and training plans that businesses, groups, and regions.
• Establishing and maintaining stakeholder connects with front line and Independent risk management groups.
• Providing regular reporting to the management.

Essential Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience in 2 or more of the following: Fraud, Sanctions, AML, KYC, investigations of financial crimes transactions or policy.
• 2+ years of team management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Transaction monitoring, KYC, AML & Fraud programs.
• Proven ability to implement Fraud & Risk tools.
• Working knowledge of Sanctions, AML, investigations of financial crimes transactions, compliance, and risk management.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with demonstrated success in establishing and maintaining professional relationship with lines of businesses, enterprise functions, compliance, Legal, Audit and other stakeholders.
• Self-starter and someone who has a proven record of accomplishment with key internal and external partners.
• Proven ability to make appropriate risk decisions involving complex circumstances with potential organizational impact.
• Lead your team with integrity and create an environment where your team members feel included, valued, and supported to do work that energizes them.
• Accomplish management responsibilities which include sourcing and hiring talented team members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, recognizing and developing team members, identifying and managing risks, and completing daily management tasks.

Desired Qualifications:
• Strong background in investigation knowledge and experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
• Experience with Crypto currency, Fintech, Banks will be an added advantage and given preference.
• Working knowledge of collaboration tools (like Confluence, Slack, JIRA etc.)
• Candidates from Crypto currency exchange, Fintech or Banks shall be preferred
