Job Description
The primary purpose of this role is to direct the regional field planning, development, execution and tracking of industry marketing programs in alignment with global corporate strategy and regional business objectives. In addition, the position will also be responsible for managing corporate brand continuity throughout the region to ensure global brand compliance and consistency and provision of industry & market analysis to enable strategic decision making.
This role should ideally be based in Delhi, Pune or Bengaluru.
Responsibilities
• Commercial Marketing ProgramsEvaluate and collaborate to improve effectiveness of online and offline strategies for lead generation and nurturing
• Develop new practices for attracting customers to grow and improve the health of the marketing database
• Work with cross functional teams to develop programs and optimize syndication, events and allied digital marketing in support of lead generation
• Study, analyse and map the lead generation journey on CRM system, passing through various channels & processes.
• Support in creating reports for marketing division in alignment with the annual marketing plan.
• Positively influence and collaborate with sales teams to improve lead management process with CRM tools and reporting.
• Serve as liaison between the company, various agencies, channel partners, suppliers, freelance talent, and various other marketing services
• Assist in managing marketing events, seminars, budgets, logistics, and lead a project management view of deliverables.
• Provide assistance in creating and enhancing marketing and lead campaign list/s
• Maintain project level tracking and business line marketing calendars including carry out administrative tasks that include running marketing reports, conducting basic research on company and other related tasks
• Validating and fulfilling requests for information related to marketing and corporate activities
• Assist in writing and editing sales and marketing materials, which include articles, presentations, and collateral
• Prepare draft written work, company newsletter and event announcements
Qualifications and Experience Required
Skills:
• Proven ability to develop, manage and execute comprehensive marketing plans in support of organisational strategy
• Ability to work on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives, and ability to work and present complex data
• Ability to plan and comply to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements
• Ability to make good PowerPoint presentations
Knowledge:
• Digital Marketing including, social media planning & execution.
• Field Marketing Execution with a channel ecosystem experience also, would be an add-on
• Experience in manufacturing/technology Industries and in a B2B environment preferred
• Experience:Extensive experience in marketing and communications, 6 years+
• Proven ability to manage, monitor and align budgets and budget allocations to maximise marketing effectiveness with established budget and guidelines.
• Experience in managing and driving marketing programs across India by products and industries.
• Demonstrable experience in a regional marketing management position
• Experience working with sales organisation to understand business needs, develop media marketing plans, track growth and report results
• Experience in social media planning & execution
• Education & Qualifications:Tertiary qualifications in marketing and communications
