Supervises the staff of the department.
2. Ensures that the right medicines are given to the right customer.
3. Schedules the duties for the entire month for all staff.
4. Ensures that the staff come on time for their respective duties.
5. Prepares monthly reports the transactions made.
6. Attends the quality council meetings.
7. Co-ordinates with the companies regarding the supply of medicines.
8. Co-ordinates between the purchase department and the respective company for the purchase of new drugs.
+. Co-ordinates with the accounts department for the settlement of bills.
10. Assists the stores officer in the purchase of new drugs.
11. Sanctions leave to the staff as per requirements and availability.
