Scope and General Purpose of Job:
An Asst. Operations Manger, or Property In- Charge, has overall responsibility of running the operation of the property, taking care of the safety & security of guests, associates and the assets as per the standards laid down. The responsibilities includes but not limited to ensuring that the property is neat & clean as per the standard set by the company, performing simple repairs and maintenance tasks, cleanliness, performing security checks for the property in his / her care. Caretaker is responsible for providing hospitality services to guests, including food & beverages and performing the task assigned to him.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
• Guest arrival experience is handled well
• 48 Hours in advance keep the welcome letter ready for guest who are arriving detailing the do’s & don’ts and location to be shared
• 24 hours in advance contact with guest & check from them where they are, what time they will be reaching the property? Age group of the guest , Dietary requirement & Their Identity proof
• Maintaining all the arrival details in A&D register
• If any foreigner guest visiting the property maintain C-Form record
• All cash transaction and online transaction to be noted against each guest’s name.
• Supervising housekeeping work. So before guest arrival room is neat & clean. Room is free of maintenance & all the amenities are checked ( As per Checklist)
• Entrance of the property is well kept; Outdoor furniture is free of dust & clean.
• All outdoor lights are in working condition
• All plants are in good condition & not wilted. Watering of plant is happening as required.
• Kitchen grocery & vegetables are ordered as required in coordination with Chef
• Proper Inventory of all asset to be maintained
• Engage each guest during their stay, Narrate stories as told
• Monitoring cleaning materials, tools, amenities and all kitchen perishable and reordering as required along with maintaining expense records
• Package - 3 to 3.5 lakh per annum, single accommodation
