An M.Sc. Nursing Assistant Professor typically develops and delivers nursing curriculum, mentors students, and contributes to research in the field. Qualifications:

Registered Nurse (RN) qualification.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Research experience and publication record (preferred).
Curriculum Development: Contributing to the design and enhancement of the nursing curriculum.
Mentoring and Guidance: Providing academic and career guidance to students, including counseling and support.
