• Assist in Annual Performance Review.
• Training & Development activities for Taloja. Implementation of Skill Matrix process.
• Should be actively involved in competency assessment and working on developing it further in-line with business requirement.
• Implement action plan to improve employee morale & motivation.
• Assist in Talent Review process for Taloja. Work with team on employee career / succession plans.
