Position - Asstt./ Dy. Manager - Building Segment (Sales)
• Continuous business growth every year.
• Identify the Potential Builder in the assigned territory and extend reach to all potential Builders.
• New Builder acquisition plan & execution
• Business growth with existing Builders
• Promote the Brand with Marketing activities -Seminars, Presentation, etc.
• Plan and Execute Architect as well as Building Contractor meet.
• Instrumental for Product Approval & Specifications from Consultants, Specifiers, Architects & Builders
• Generate Building enquiries of Govt. Projects (PWD, CPWD, Municipal Corporation, etc) and ensure conversion.
• Keep the O/S within assigned parameters and promote Cash and Carry Model
• Establish Connect with Consultants/ Builders/ Contractors/Product Specifiers in regular interval.
