implementing and maintaining a risk culture to ensure a strong and sustainable business control environment whilst minimizing risk arising from non-financial risk factors. DCO strategy includes improving the risk management information and strengthening the governance and risk culture.
Job Details:
• Work closely with Business Controls team, Non-Financial Risk Management team and Front Office for the development of assurance / testing plan for the division
• Undertake Design Effectiveness (DE) and Operational Effectiveness (OE) Testing of Front Office owned or operated controls and suggesting remediation actions
• Drafting assurance workpapers and publishing detailed testing reports
• Walkthrough of the assurance finding, with senior stakeholders and control owners
• Deliver high quality Global Governance decks and reporting trends to support the controls oversight
• Develops a good understanding of the audit methodology for testing, monitoring and oversight of controls to conclude on effectiveness of controls
• Liaise with 2LOD on various initiatives including framework and policy developments
