Position Title: Assurance Testing (ARC)
Department: IBG COO
Reports To: IBG COO – Policy & Process Lead
Job Purpose
• Be part of the KYC/CDD assurance testing specialists' team that supports assurance-related assignments for IBG India
Key Accountabilities
• Implement existing IBG assurance framework and methodologies in line with Group.
• Be sensitive and aware of financial crime risk landscape of different business segments and their respective products and processes and be ready to advise management on mitigation strategies and/or partner with stakeholders in addressing the risks.
• Value-add to the management, compliance and stakeholders from testing's findings and analysis through partnership in planning corresponding training and advisories.
• Assist or co-coordinate in ad-hoc major scale investigation and thematic reviews where necessary.
Job Duties & responsibilities

Required Experience
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Prior Assurance Testing or testing-related experience (QA) will be advantageous
Education / Preferred Qualifications
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant working experience.
