Role Overview
We are looking for an
Asterisk Developer
and
Senior VoIP Engineer
with strong hands-on experience in
Asterisk ,
FreePBX ,
FreeSWITCH , and, optionally,
FuzionPBX . You will lead the development of VoIP integrations, custom modules, and scalable backend systems that support our communications ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain VoIP solutions using Asterisk, FreePBX, FreeSWITCH, and optionally FuzionPBXBuild advanced features such as dialers, IVRs, and WebRTC applicationsIntegrate with platforms like
Twilio , CRM systems, and other third-party APIsDesign and deploy
cloud-based VoIP platforms
(CPaaS / SaaS) on AWS or AzureImplement omnichannel communication tools (SMS, chat, voice) into VoIP/CRM systemsManage server health, backups, and ongoing maintenance of PBX infrastructureWork with SQL databases (MySQL / MS SQL) for call records, analytics, and user managementCollaborate with internal dev teams to build seamless, secure backend systemsLead system architecture planning and project documentation
