360° Marketing Manager – Real Estate
Company: Golden Abodes
Location: Andheri West – Lokhandwala, Mumbai
Experience: 2–5 Years (Real Estate Experience Preferred)
Role Overview
Golden Abodes is looking for a dynamic 360° Marketing Executive who can handle end-to-end marketing activities for our real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing both online and offline marketing campaigns to generate quality leads and enhance brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute 360° marketing strategies for real estate projects.
Manage digital marketing campaigns including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and lead generation campaigns.
Coordinate with agencies for social media management, creatives, and campaign execution.
Handle offline marketing activities such as site branding, hoardings, events, and promotional campaigns.
Monitor and optimize lead generation performance and campaign ROI.
Work closely with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with project sales goals.
Manage marketing collaterals such as brochures, presentations, and project creatives.
Coordinate with channel partners, influencers, and marketing vendors for promotional activities.
Track campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly marketing reports.
Candidate Requirements:
Prior real estate marketing experience is mandatory.
Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and lead generation strategies.
Experience managing 360° campaigns including digital, on-ground, and brand marketing.
Good coordination and vendor management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced sales-driven environment.
Qualifications:
Graduate / Post Graduate in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Certifications in Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.
