Introduction:
• Work in Equities-Derivatives domain.
• Development and changes in the Java components across Equities-derivative technology team.
• Time will be split between requirements gathering, design, development, and team coordination.
• Development will utilize Java, Spring and other technologies.
What will you be doing?
• Very strong Java development skills, including extensive multi-threaded programming and SQL experience.
• Help drive strategic architecture forward while maintaining target dates for deliverables.
• Ability to effectively communicate with end-users and other developers in a global, team-based environment
• Strong inter-personal skills with ability to communicate thoughts, designs, and implementations in both written and verbal form
• Results-oriented, self-starter with positive "can-do" attitude.
What we’re looking for:
• Four-year college degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years or more of professional experience building enterprise scale desktop/server applications.
• Development in Core Java, Java EE, Spring
• Relational database (MS SQL,
