Atlassian Administrator
The Atlassian Administrator will be responsible for the configuration, administration, and maintenance of our Atlassian suite of tools, which includes Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and other related applications, both on-premises and in the Atlassian Cloud. This role will play a crucial part in supporting our software development, project management, and collaboration efforts, ensuring these tools are optimized for efficiency and usability. In addition, this role will serve as the go-to expert for all things related to Atlassian applications, providing guidance, training, and thought leadership to our organization.
5-7 Years of relevant experience required in Atlassian Admin.

• Proactively seek opportunities to optimize and enhance the configuration of Atlassian applications
• Configure and customize Atlassian applications to meet the specific needs of different teams and projects.
• Manage user permissions, groups, and access control to ensure data security and compliance.
• Monitor the performance of Atlassian applications in Cloud environments and proactively optimize system resources.
• Identify and implement performance enhancements and best practices.
• Initiate efforts to create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides and system configurations.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users and teams to promote effective utilization of Atlassian tools.
• Demonstrate a strong drive to provide exceptional technical support to end-users, addressing issues and inquiries related to Atlassian tools.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems, collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed.
• Take the initiative to implement and enforce security policies and best practices, proactively safeguarding data within Atlassian Cloud and on-premises applications.
• Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) on Atlassian tools, staying up-to-date with the latest developments, best practices, and industry trends.
• Provide guidance and thought leadership to the organization on optimizing Atlassian tools for various functions.

• Exhibit strong soft skills, including communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and provide solutions.
• What will you bring to Us?
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as an Atlassian Administrator or similar role.
• Proficiency in configuring and administering Atlassian applications, including Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket (both Cloud and on-premises).
• Strong understanding of version control systems and agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation.
• Excellent soft skills, including communication, teamwork, and problem-solving.
• High initiative and drive to continuously improve Atlassian environments.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when necessary.
• Relevant Atlassian certifications (e.g., ACP-300, ACP-600) are preferred but not required.
