Job Requirement: - ATM & E SURVIELANCE FIELD SERVICE ENGINEERDesignation: - Sr. Engineer / Engineer / Jr. EngineerSalary Band: - 2-3.5 LPALocation: - GANDHIDHAM, GUJARATHEducation & Experience Requirements : -ITI/, Diploma In Hardware/Networking, Electronic any Graduation,Fresher’s can also apply.Preferable: ITI/DIPLOMAExperience Level : - 0-2 YEARSPreferred Key Requirements: - Willing to work in 24X7 days EnvironmentJob Summary: -Attend Calls Like, A/V, Sensors, DN calls etc., Make ReportAMC of electronic security systems.To be technically strong in handling service calls.To be a Problem solver at field level.Update on daily calls and problem found in field.Job Description: -Attend daily calls basis on call allocation, Closure of calls on time. Collect Spares from Office & return faulty one. Make daily report for record purpose.Clear Concept of Network, CCTV, Sensors, Routers & DVRNew Installation of ATM's and break fix supportInstallation and configuration of CCTV system & electronic security systems and intrusion alarm systemBasic technical support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers and securityMaintain his site carefully assign to him, Complete Knowledge & details over site. Good Coordination with Customer.Coordinating with support team and other filed engineers to resolve the problem at site level.Sharing his best practice to other engineers as a solution providers.
