Role Description
Writer Corporation is looking for Full-time ATM Operators for its newly opened branch located in Jaipur. The ATM Operators will be responsible for ensuring that the ATMs are well-maintained and operating efficiently. Additionally, the ATM Operators will be responsible for cash loading and replenishment, error resolution, and managing customer inquiries. This is an on-site role, and advanced technical knowledge is not required as training will be provided.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Basic mathematical skills and aptitude for cash handling.
• Strong customer service skills, including excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• Familiarity with operating simple handheld devices including mobile phones, card swiping devices etc.
Salary
• 11K CTC + overtime payout +Fuel Expenses
