We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Attendance & Pastoral Officer to join our supportive team. This is a vital role in ensuring our students are present, engaged, and supported throughout their school journey. You will work closely with students, families, and staff to promote excellent attendance and provide pastoral care that nurtures wellbeing and personal development.

The successful candidate will demonstrate substantial experience working with young people in either an educational or pastoral capacity. They will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling them to build constructive, positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues. The ideal candidate will adopt a proactive and empathetic approach to problem-solving, have a sound understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures, and be committed to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion, while upholding the school’s philosophy and policies.
