Long-Term Client Relationships: Work with clients on a long-term basis (average 12 months), allowing you to build meaningful relationships and see tangible progress.

Learn how to supervise and manage staff.

Duties Include
Training participants one-on-one and in small group settings.
Conducting initial assessments and progress assessments
Writing comprehensive client notes
Writing clients progress reports
Writing NDIS plan review reports
Assisting in various types of administrative and business development tasks.
What is Fit n Able Looking For
Qualifications: ESSA Accredited and registered Exercise Physiologist , new graduate or limited experience.
Motivated and passionate to work with people with disabilities.
A strong understanding of strength training techniques.
Excellent communicator with a good sense of humour.
Energetic and positive attitude.
Good written and computer skills.
Ability to think for yourself and solve problems.
Willingness to learn new methodologies and communication strategies tailored to individuals with autism and intellectual disabilities.
Commitment to following ’s policies & procedures.

Current CPR & First Aid Certificates
