THE POSITION
Join our Las Vegas office.
Ideal candidates must have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school and a current member in good standing of the California State Bar and/or Nevada State Bar.
Candidates are required to have a bachelor’s degree.
Candidates must have a strong work ethic, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and excellent writing and case analysis abilities.

As a Litigation Attorney at C+C you will work on a wide range of existing and new litigation matters. Responsibilities will include collaborating with other associates and partners, working in support of and developing and executing case strategies and plans, managing all aspects of litigation (fact investigation, drafting pleadings and motions, discovery, pretrial and trial work), and developing and maintaining strong business and client relationships.
We provide excellent mentoring and the opportunity to gain early, valuable hands-on experience with depositions, court appearances, mediations, potentially trial, and arbitration.
