Our attorneys represent and advise a wide range of clients from Fortune 100 companies to sole proprietorships, including nonprofit organizations, broadcasting and publishing companies, real estate developers and contractors and venture capital organizations. Applicants should have experience in entity formation, business organization matters, mergers and acquisitions, securities law, private equity/venture capital matters, and corporate governance.
