Experience Required Minimum of 3 years in employment law litigation
Location Must be licensed in Arizona
Minimum of three years of focused experience in employment law litigation
Proven expertise in handling litigation in both federal and state courts
Strong command of procedural law and motion practice
Demonstrated ability to conduct and defend depositions, represent clients in hearings, and litigate cases to trial
Exceptional legal research and writing skills, with a track record of producing effective court submissions
Adept at managing client relationships with professionalism, empathy, and a client-centered approach

Litigation Leadership Oversee and manage all stages of litigation, from initial case assessment and strategy development to trial
