The selected candidate will possess outstanding research abilities, written and oral advocacy skills, and will be well organized, detail oriented, and have the ability to independently manage a busy time sensitive caseload
Law degree from ABA accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
Active license to practice law in New York and be a member in good standing with the New York state bar
1-10 years of insurance defense litigation/trial experience
Experience working in a paperless environment
Experience directing support staff on clerical and administrative matters related to lawsuit handling
Strong automation/technological skills for lawsuit handling and courtroom presentation
Applicants are required to be eligible to lawfully work in the U.S. immediately; employer will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work opportunity
Potential yearly incentive pay up to 16% of base salary (results may vary from year to year)

Selected candidates will join one of our trial teams and will be responsible for handling a high-volume caseload from discovery stage through trial.
