Qualifications

A minimum of 5 years of plaintiff’s personal injury experience

Active license to practice law in New Jersey

Proficiency in negotiating settlements with insurance carriers and resolving property damage claims

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite

Demonstrated ability to multitask and exhibit strong organizational skills

Trial experience

Ability to work collaboratively as a team player while maintaining confidentiality

Willingness to travel to court as needed

Flexibility for a hybrid work environment
