We are a Wilmington based firm representing businesses and individuals in everything from initial business formations, tax, real estate, mergers and acquisitions and franchising to complex litigation in the NC Business Court, Superior Court and Federal Courts on construction and business matters.

Role Description

This is a full-time Attorney role at Equitas Law Partners LLP in Wilmington, NC, with flexibility for some remote work. The Attorney will be responsible for legal research, drafting legal documents, and providing legal advice and guidance. Work is focused on comlpex real estate/development, corporate and business matters.

Qualifications
• A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the state of North Carolina
• Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in a law firm or legal setting is preferred
