We are seeking a seasoned Leadership Recruiter who is passionate about connecting top talent with impactful roles and building leadership teams for the future.
Role & Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective strategies for leadership hiring to meet organizational needs.
Source and attract top executive talent by leveraging professional networks and best practices.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for Senior leadership positions, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified candidates.
Partner with senior Management and hiring managers to align hiring goals and objectives.
Negotiate offers and coordinate the onboarding process for hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
Manage candidate experience to ensure a positive and engaging recruitment process that meets the expectations of both the organization and the candidates.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Leadership hiring, preferably in a similar industry or role.
A proven track record of successfully recruiting executive-level talent, demonstrating expertise in identifying and attracting high-potential candidates.
The ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and candidates, fostering trust and credibility throughout the recruitment process.
Candidates from Talent Search firms are preferred, but not mandatory. What matters most is your passion for Leadership Recruiting and your commitment to excellence.
