Job Description
- Responsible for guiding a team of unit leads for the processes - account Opening and Maintenance, Transaction Processing / Clearing, Payments, Trade / Forex, Document Storage, ATM and Currency Chest cash management.
- Planning, direction and manage the performance of all internal operations, so as to maintain and develop business growth in accordance with the overall strategy
- Developing and Maintaining cost effective, efficient and well-controlled operations with a view to maximize profitability and delivering superior service quality to customers.
- Play a significant role in long-term planning, with the view to delivering operational excellence business process and organizational planning.
- Implement, maintain and manage an effective system of controls throughout covering non-financial as well as financial controls.
- Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support staff through improvements to each function (HR, IT, Finance) as well as coordination and communication between functions
- Identify key processes and lay down SLA's and TAT's.
- Ensuring capacity planning to meet all operations deliverables and achieve cost optimization.
- Implement effective succession planning, people management, development, recruitment, and retention strategies
- Drive Quality processing, timely resolution of audit queries
- Ensure that a company's business is conducted in compliance with professional standards
- Ensure that appropriate standards of conduct are established and complied in department.
- Contribute in all type of Regulatory, Statutory Audit etc
