Functional Role: CRM Production Support
Qualification: B-Tech/MCA/BCA
Location: Jaipur
Relevant Experience: 3-5 Yrs. of experience.
Expertise and Experience:
• Should have worked on application production support activities.
• Should have sound knowledge in Writing SQL Queries.
• Should have knowledge of Linux commands.
• Coordinate with multiple teams including Business, Product, Operations, Risk, Finance, Compliance etc. to get the requirements and to provide production support (L2).
• Experience in CRM support would be an added advantage.
Relevant Experience:
• 3-5 years of experience in IT teams (Banking domain).
Skills & Competencies:
• Experience of techno-functional roles with exposure in SQL & Linux and production support.
• Have worked on application production support roles.
• Technical knowledge of the following tools:
• Operating Systems such as Windows, Linux.
• Tools such as SQL Developer, MSSQL Server, MySQL, etc.
