Manager - Business MIS
Brief Objective of Position & Its Contribution to the Business :
- Responsible for preparing & checking in coordination with all insurance partner on Daily / Monthly / Yearly MIS Reports and Dashboards including critical Daily MIS dashboard and Renewal collection report.
- Making business presentations with business analytics
- Prepare and also act as Checker for ad hoc MIS reports based on the requirements
- Act as a Business analyst to understand reporting and automation requirements of the channel and liaise with MIS/BI team to implement the same.
- Provide Critical Inputs for Improving Business (for e.g. Business drive , R&R ,Sales Support Tools Required By Line Team, etc).
- On regular Basis Track and Analyze Performance in Bancassurance Channel
- Preparation of Various Mis On Distribution, Business, Projection, Dashboards, Analysis, Contests and Timely Submission of the Same to Reporting Manager.
- Query Board - Resolving Queries On Mis, Targets & Contest Results, other Reports Etc.
Requirements:
- Any full time Graduate / MBA
- 5 years of experience in life insurance or related industry with a MIS reporting / analytics responsibilities.
- In-depth understanding of database management system. Also have good knowledge of Excel formulas, Function and VBA.
- Possess good knowledge of BI tool and identify scope for migration of legacy reports to Power BI.
- Understand database and reporting problems and provide appropriate technical solution as and when required.
- Ability to manage internal team and resources to complete the assignments and requests.
- Strong understand of life insurance products and related statistical data.
- Excellent Communications skills in verbal and written formats in both English and regional languages
- Bachelor Degree or Higher Diploma
