Description
Build strategies to drive customer engagement and growth across acquisition, transaction & activation through multiple campaigns across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Web personalization, etc.
- Apply demographical, behavioral & transactional attributes to identify customer cohorts/segments
- Design and run A/B & multivariate testing & audit customer communications to create effective customer journeys
- Coordinate with business & functions including product, technology, risk compliance, etc.
- Collect customer feedback, track performance and optimize design/targeting to improve the campaign effectiveness
Requirements :
- Experience in Customer Lifecycle Marketing or Campaign Management or Customer Value Management
- Proficiency in Marketing Automation Technology (Netcore, Unica, Adobe Campaign, etc., or similar)
- Experience using analytical and database tools (Advanced Excel, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc, or similar)
- Strong project management skills & ability to work under tight deadlines
