Job Description
• Interact with prospects, clients, and industry representatives to gather business requirements, solicit feedback regarding product and identify new features that would drive broader platform adoption in the marketplace
• Collaborate with UX teams to create specifications that best meet the end-user needs and facilitates successful use of the platform, generating highest value for the customers and the bank
• Ownership of existing products and identification of new product opportunities across business lifecycle
• Lead the planning, scoping, and prioritization of projects to achieve short- and long-term growth targets
• Keep track on best industry practices and perform industry benchmarking
• Constructs API definition successfully & understanding of open banking APIs
• Drive industry partnerships and relationships with respective partners
• Explore new 3rd party products and services that bank can leverage for its journeys
• Act as key authority and point of contact for project development and control
• Partner with sales, strategy, marketing, engineering, and design teams to bring the product vision to life
• Collect, analyse and report on data and adjust development plans as needed to facilitate a successful new product rollout
• Chalk our metrics to track success and direct of product
