Full-Time & Part-Time Housekeeping
Key Responsibilities:

[Front Office]

Common Duties:

Greet and assist guests, ensuring an exceptional customer service experience.
Assist with guest billing and maintain accurate accounts.
Manage reservations, cancellations, and provide accurate room information.
Administer petty cash system accurately.
Drive hotel vehicle, ensuring timely transport of guests.
Manager-Level Duties:

Oversee Front Office and Housekeeping operations, ensuring service standards are maintained.
Manage room rates, availability, and online booking agents in consultation with the General Manager.
Handle administration and accounts receivable duties, including daily reconciling and preparing reports for the Director.
Control costs and wages through effective staff rostering.
Supervise and manage the training, mentoring, and development of both permanent and seasonal staff.
Manage rosters, housekeeping schedules, ordering of linen, and consumables.
Shuttle Driver Duties:

Drive the hotel vehicle to and from designated destinations in a timely and safe manner.
Use commercial driving skills to manoeuvre the vehicle in varying conditions, such as inclement weather or heavy traffic.
Greet guests and provide on-boarding assistance.
Maintain cleanliness of the hotel vehicle, including both the interior and exterior.
Maintain an accurate log of vehicle maintenance and services rendered.
Create a memorable transportation experience for guests.


Skills & Experience

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Previous experience in a front office or customer service role, preferably in hospitality.
Basic knowledge of accounting or billing processes.
Ability to manage reservations and provide accurate information.
Proficient PC skills, including experience with PMS and office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, email, etc.).
Good problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.


[Housekeeping]

Common Duties:

Maintain cleanliness of facilities, common areas, and guest rooms.
Clean rooms after guest departure and prepare for new arrivals.
Service rooms for in-house guests, restocking supplies and maintaining cleanliness.
Handle spills and dispose of trash in a timely manner.
Assist guests with requests when needed.
Supervisor Duties:

Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure high cleanliness standards.
Supervise, train, and motivate the housekeeping team.
Conduct inspections of rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities.
Manage housekeeping schedules, staffing, and resources efficiently.
Assist with recruitment, hiring, and training of staff.
Foster a positive, collaborative work environment and maintain flexibility in working hours.


Skills & Experience

Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
Ability to follow cleaning procedures and hotel standards.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role preferred.
Experience in hotel, resort, or large facility housekeeping operations is a plus.




Additional Information:

Flexibility for evening and weekend shifts is a must
Secure, minimum of 30+ hours per week (Full-Time)
