Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Audio Visual Specialist at ESP 360 DEGREE in Gurugram. The Audio Visual Specialist will be responsible for providing Audio Visual Support, managing Audio Visual (AV) Systems, setting up and troubleshooting Video Conferencing equipment, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
• Audio Visual Support and Troubleshooting skills
• Proficiency in Audio Visual (AV) Systems and Video Conferencing equipment
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Experience in event management or related field is a plus
• Technical certifications in Audio Visual systems would be beneficial
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
