As an experienced CA, we are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Audit Manager Lead to join our team at Cooperative Bank. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead internal audits as per the annual audit plan and evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls relating to risks within business areas.
• Evaluate compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Plan and execute audit fieldwork in line with the agreed audit approach.
• Draft audit reports, including findings, and monitor implementation of remedial action plans within agreed timelines.
Requirements:
• Candidate should be a qualified CA with at least 6+ years of relevant experience in Stock Broking, Securities Markets, and Investment Advisory.
• Related certifications like CFA, FRM, or CISA are preferred.
• Working knowledge of data analytics tools like ACL Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI is desirable.
