Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute experiments to optimize process yields, isolation, and quality
Ensure on-time project delivery (mg to kg scale)
Perform technology transfer from lab to kilo/pilot plant scale
Analyze intermediates/finished products using IR, NMR, Mass, GC, and HPLC
Prepare development reports and technology transfer documents
Maintain accurate laboratory notebooks
Conduct literature searches and troubleshoot chemistry issues
Desired Profile
3-6 years of experience in process R&D for pharmaceuticals
Proficiency in IR, NMR, Mass, GC, and HPLC analysis
Strong chemistry troubleshooting and literature search skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
