Shift Timing:- 07:30 AM to 4:30 PM IST- Day Shift
Location:- Ahmedabad, Rajkot
Key responsibilities & duties:
1.Strong knowledge of fundamental accounting entries & concepts
2.In-depth knowledge in Reconciliations – Bank, PayPal, Square, Supplier, and Customer
3.Preparation of Australian Company, Partnership, Trust and Group tax returns, financial statements and working papers
4.Preparation of Individual tax returns
5.Knowledge of software used for Australian tax, QuickBooks, Xero, Prime 32, BGL, MYOB AO, Hubdoc, Syft 6.Analytica, Auto entry and MYOB 7.5 Software, XPM, Xero workpapers
7.Management, training, review experience, daily Australian client collaboration
8.Operate, support, and review the day-to-day accounting operations and month-end activities & processes for designated clients
+.Perform day-to-day job duties that include accounting, reviewing and reporting for the clients
10.Accurate processing of month-end procedures
11.Reconcile GST, Super, PAYG withholding, and other legal liabilities accounts
12.Prepare BAS and IAS, STP, Workcover and related work paper
13.Working knowledge of FBT
14.Resolve queries in a timely manner working around the given turnaround time
15.Understanding and documenting the processes as detailed SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
Communication skills:
16.English communication skills, both written and verbal
17.Collaborate with the clients on their respective daily functions
18.ATO Payment Plan Set up, Refund Process, Interest and Penalties Waive off
