LOCATION : Mumbai (Thane / Malad)
SHIFT : Australian Shift
Roles & Responsibility :
• Excellent communication skills written & oral.
• communication with customer / client via calls and solving the queries and complaints
• Strong customer advocacy skills and understanding of customer interactions leading to successful customer outcomes.
• Updating & keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints as per defined process guidelines.
• Seek support and guidance if required.
• Work collaboratively with teammates (external and internal to Supplier) to solve customer issues as quickly and as efficiently as possible.
• We Care Privacy & Protecting our customer take all steps to protect customer’s privacy.
• Answer customer enquiries to appropriate area when necessary.
• Meet prescribed customer service standards and performance objectives.
• Generates timely and well-developed solutions to address the problem.
• Able to apply solutions across varied problems using functional knowledge & logical conclusions.
Requirements
• Qualification - Undergraduate with 18 months BPO customer service role exp can apply
• Graduate with min 9 months and above in BPO customer service role can apply
• Language Proficiency - The associate must have excellent English-speaking skills with a neutral accent, including a high fluency in reading, writing, speaking and the use of the English language.
• should not have more than 2+ years gap in career and education
• should have proper documents from all the previous and current companies (offer letter / exp letter,payslips etc)
• should be ready to work in rotational shift and night shift with 5 days working and 2 rotational week off
• should be ready to work in Malad / Thane location, work from office.
